Henry's Story
Henry Haubenhofer started baking during the pandemic, turning time at home into something joyful and delicious. What began as helping in the kitchen quickly became a passion, and soon, a small business built on a 4th-generation family recipe.
Henry didn’t just want to sell cookies. He wanted them to mean something.
Today, Henry’s Famous Cookies are baked with care, shared with pride, and served right here at Harriet’s, because supporting young creators, local stories, and good causes is part of who we are.
Every Cookie Gives Back
Henry believes good food can do good things. With every cookie sold, a donation is made to Halfway There Rescue, a local nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs in need.
Henry helped raise funds and support adoptions through community events that bring together cookies, kindness, and a lot of wagging tails. Proof that small ideas can make a big difference.
