A cashier at our restaurants are expected to create a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for guests. The highest levels of hospitality, enthusiasm, and cleanliness are expected from all members of our staff. 

 

Summary

A cashier is responsible for warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave, accurately describe dishes, correctly entering orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter.

 

Essential Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience

• A true “people person”providing exceptional and gracious service

• Experience working with a Point of Sale system

• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong multi-tasking skills

• Competency in counting money and processing payments

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation

• A genuine commitment to excellence and success
